Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your order and you haven't contacted us or informed us of the return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The customer is required to pay for the cost of returns. You can ship the return/exchange with the local country courier for low cost return options (25-30 USD). We do offer free shipping to help offset return/exchange costs (if any). If you are unsure of your size, we are happy to advise and even customize for a perfect fit. You can DM or email us if needed.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for returns

When sending your return, kindly include the original physical invoice that came with your order.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Exchanges
